I became a REALTOR in 1983 and worked for several different real estate companies throughout my career in both residential and commercial. I joined Keller Williams Realty Conroe-Lake Conroe in 2007. I am Presently on the Agent Leadership Council since with Keller Williams and I am the culture committee chair. I hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation and am a member of REBAC- Relocation Specialist.
For the last 6 years Melinda has managed over 20 homes in the town of New Danville in Willis, Texas at Meadowbrook, its 1st residential neighborhood designed especially for adults with disabilities and low-income elderly. She volunteered at the New Danville Store formally located in Market Street to help New Danville achieve its goal of becoming a self-sustaining community and to meet the needs of its residents. It was on Saturdays in The Woodlands to give its Founder, Kathy Sanders, some relief. Before the store closed in March 2017, She opened each Sunday before the afternoon volunteer could arrive and at New Danville’s manufacturing plant to help package gift items for its annual fundraiser Tea on the Lawn.
An Ambassador for Montgomery County Area Chamber since 2015 (Ambassador of the year) and member at large on the board for MACC 2015-2018. A Member of the Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas (ASVT) organization. Diplomat for MCABW 2016 and 2017 Sponsorship Team for the MCABW Foundation Fundraiser.
Melinda has 4 years of education for Ministry 2008 and Eucharistic Minister for St. James Episcopal Church and a member of The Order of the Daughters of the King. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate of Montgomery County. She is a board member of Lake Conroe Area Republican Women. Melinda is an ambassador for Montgomery County Area Chamber since 2015 (Ambassador of the year) and member at large on the board 2015-2018. She is a member of the Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas (ASVT) organization, dedicated to helping abandoned, abused and neglected animals.
