Chad Schulin wholeheartedly believes that luxury is an experience – not a price point. He is passionate about serving the fastest growing markets in North Texas as well as helping clients find their second homes outside the Metroplex. Chad has been a multi-year top producing agent earning well-respected acknowledgments such as D Magazine’s D Best Top Producer and Plano Magazine’s Top 50 Realtors.
Chad entered the residential real estate arena after spending over a decade on the commercial side, where he represented over four million square feet of lease transactions in 33 states for some of the most prestigious Fortune 100 companies in the world. Commercial real estate awards highlighting his accomplishments included Associate of the Year, Best Managed Account, Best Strategic Planning, and Best Real Estate Innovation.
Chad sincerely enjoys helping others and has a deep passion for art. He has found that real estate provides him an opportunity to immerse himself in both. As an abstract painter, Chad would create complex pieces on acrylic sheets, using a backward painting method to allow light to flow through between 50 and 75 layers of paint. This level of patience and eye for detail allows him to see attributes in a home that others often overlook and has proved to be a valuable tool for his clients. “A home is typically one’s largest asset, and I feel humbled every time a client entrusts me to assist them with their purchase. I find the process to be incredibly rewarding,” he says.
When Chad is not combing the real estate market, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Meredith and running after their two boys, Mason and Liam. Literally, running.
