These successes led to marketing of 1999 McKinney, the first high-rise in the near downtown area and also Katy Trail Condos, a development of 4 buildings with 96 condos and townhomes along Katy Trail. When Azure was launched, this team was the natural choice for this international development company. A 31 story glass building with 156 units, a stunning contemporary high-rise overlooking downtown Dallas, has set the tone for an urban lifestyle in Dallas today. 2015 was a stellar year for Barnes' group including the sale of Highland Park estate that shattered sales records untouched for years.
