Jay Shaw started his real estate career in California in 2002. He invested in real estate part-time while serving in the Marine Corps. After successfully raising over one million in capital and forming Family and Community Growth LLC he began flipping multifamily properties in San Diego. Fresh off his 5000 mile Harley- Davidson road-trip, Jason founded Watertight Property Management, and began building a real estate portfolio in the Houston area. Actively buying and selling his own properties led to Jay being recruited by the brokerage firm Qualified Properties in 2007.
