Its my goal, and I have been successful, to get an accepted contract within 30 Days on the properties I list. Occasionaly, 1 will slip past, but if I take the job, its because I believe in your home, and I believe we can move it!! I dont accept every listing. I dont accept more than 10, because with more than 10, its impossible to give the attention needed to ensure happy clients, and to spend time properly marketing. Happy Home Sales!!
