I was born in Columbus, Ohio. I have a wife and two adult children and I am blessed with three grandchildren. We moved to San Antonio about eighteen years ago. I have been in sales for over 42 years. After being in San Antonio for a year, I went to real estate school and then took the board exams to be a licensed real estate agent. I truly love what I do.
I joined Kimberly Howell Properties in 2005. I chose this company because of its training and work ethic.
I am also am very active with the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR). In the past year I have been active with helping new agents in understanding this business and guiding them.
Real estate is a tough business and not for the faint of heart. Your client is your boss and as a Realtor, we put their interest before our own.
Communication is huge to me. I answer my phone most waking hours and I realize that this is not an 8-5 job. My clients don’t have to wonder what is happening with their transaction, I keep them informed and let them know what to expect.
Because I didn’t just start in this business recently, I have many years of experience. I have taken hundreds of hours of continuing education in real estate.
I also do not put more on my plate than I can manage. This way I am giving my clients my full attention.
